"Hard Work And Practice is The Key to Success", Says Kashyap Gavadiya | IBPS Clerk - 29

I am Kashyap Gavadiya and I am provisionally selected for the IBPS CLERK (Bank Of India) 2019. I am a computer engineer graduated in 2016. I started preparing for the government exams in 2017. As I am good at maths and reasoning I chose banking exams. So many people told me to join classes to get better result but I knew that to succeed in this type of exam you need practice and hard work so I never joined classes and started preparing for it through adda247 channel on YouTube and website and mock tests.
I want to thank Akansha mam, Radhe Sir, Saurabh Dey Sir, Anchal Mam, Sumit Verma Sir for their guidance. And I want share I story from couple of months back.
I was selected in Gujarat Electricity Board as a junior assistant I joined on 26th December 2018. But as I had IBPS CLERK mains on 20th January I requested my senior officer to grant me leave for a month for preparation. But they didn’t allow me. So I took a bold step and resigned from the job and came back home on 30th December and started preparing for the mains and right now I am feeling so happy that I left that job. I want to thank my family too for having faith in me.
So my point is never lose hope if you want a particular job than just go for it hard work and practice is the key to success.
